300 Hr - Integrative Yoga Training
This is a course for students to build their own strong foundation in yoga and health systems, or, use their training to lead and teach others how to optimize their own health.

Why choose this particular training?  First, convenience, this course will run on weekends throughout the year.  So, no lost work time, or loss of precious holiday time.  Second, money, we have tried to keep the tuition affordable, and offer a variety of discounts to bring the price down as well as a payment plan. Third, certification, this course (the yoga portion) is registered as a 200 hour yoga school by Yoga Alliance, a recognized international yoga association.  The certification will give you the ability to teach in institutions; such as schools, hospitals, treatment centers, etc.  Not to mention, yoga will become more and more regulated over time (there are MANY un-credited teachers out in the world teaching right now) and your certification will place you in a recognized group of professionals. Trinity Yoga Centre’s teacher training is also a Kripalu affiliated training program. This means graduates of our program are recognized as Kripalu Yoga Teachers and will be granted all of the rights of a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher.  Lastly, the holistic health counseling gives you a firm foundation in health and healing.  It becomes another tool to inspire, heal and transform lives
