In an increasingly complex world, we are called to develop flexibility, resilience and creative responsibility. I support clients in cultivating richer relationships with self, others and community, deepening creative engagement with life, and reconnecting with body/soma.

I draw on several modalities in my work with my clients. Expressive Arts is the linchpin of my practice. I add to this an attachment-informed approach that draws on both "bottom up" (somatic awareness, body-centred modalities) and "top down" (Accelerated Evolution and other transformational coaching skills) to provide a full spectrum container for inquiry and change. It is not necessary to have prior skill or experience in the arts to engage in arts-based sessions and not all sessions need make use of this modality. I strive to bring a relational understanding of the creative process to my sessions, which are constantly informed by my own journey and my professional practice as a visual artist.

Services: Art Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Contemplative Psychotherapy, Integrative, Relational Psychotherapy, Somatic, Transpersonal, Creative coaching/mentorship, Transformational coaching, Arts-based workshop Facilitation.

Choosing to attend these sessions is proving to be one of the best things I could’ve done for my creative process, for my body-mind connection, and for my general human development. They serve as a compass, pointing me towards my own voice."
