Earth energy medicine is a life-changer: grounding and practical.
Using earth & energy medicine and coaching, Raina works alongside you to identify blockages in your energy body, find places of dis- connection and stagnancy to discover the areas of your energy body that needs your love and attention right now.
Once blockages have been cleared, disconnections have been soothed and stories shared, you will be provided with the story of your medicine journey that took place, and given simple tools that will allow you to continue your journey equipped with support from realms unseen.

Raina has been practicing as a Holistic Nutritionist for a decade and learned her medicine during coaching. An expert space holder who will make you feel held, seen and heard - Raina will gracefully welcome you in to the session to ‘come as you are.’ Raina learned that her own personal medicine came from facing darkness in her own life and healing the root cause, the wound. By reconnecting to relationships with all in life and to mother earth she stepped in to 2020 as a Medicine Maker, Circle Facilitator, Land Tender, Desert Dweller, Teacher. Animism (shamanism) has always felt a part of her life, but it wasn’t until she started working with Melanie O’Leary in 2018 she learned her practices and beliefs fell into this tradition. Combining modern means + traditional wisdom, Raina remains committed to preserving ancestral wisdom by restoring space holding, circles, creativity, storytelling, ritual, rites of passage and shamanic (animism) energy medicine within her healing practice.
