This smoothie may not sound appetizing but it tastes great. It's packed full of nutients, is a quick source of energy and is alkalizing as well...what more could you want.
Ingredients: 1/2 cups blueberries 1/2 medium banana – cut in chunks 1-2 cups/handful spinach 1 cup water Flax or coconut oil Protein source (hemp, egg or yogurt)
Directions: • Add blueberries and banana to blender • Blend ingredients until smooth • Add Spinach and blend until smooth • Add water and blend until desired consistency
Other Smoothie Suggestions:
• 2-3 cups greens, 2 cups papaya, 2 oranges and 3 dates • 1 handful lettuce, mint to taste, 2 bananas, H2O • 4-5 kale leaves, 4 apples, ½ lemon juiced, H2O • 2 handfuls baby greens, 2 pears, 2 mangos, 1 cup blueberries • 2 cups spinach, 10-12 mint leaves, 3 bananas, 2 tbsp camino powder, H2O • 1 handful spinach, 2 celery stalks, 2 bananas, 2 pears, 1 apple, H2O • 2-3 cups greens, ¼ green pepper, 1 apple, watercress, H2O
