'This book is designed to share with you the amazing adventure and spiritual journey that took place in Ireland. Along with the story of messages given to Maria O'Farrell Carr from Archangel Michael and Angel Jerome. It is also a book that explores the stone circles, vortex and leylines in Ireland and in England, the OKANAGAN, BC Canada, North America and Hawaii. Summer Corn and White Bean Soup

This quick, fiber-packed soup is a terrific way to use fresh corn. Add a slight kick with a sprinkle of Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers just before serving. When possible try to find non-GMO corn. With over 80% of the corn grown in the north America is genetically modified, and biotechnology companies phasing out non-GMO corn seed varieties, American farmers have fewer choices for finding non-GMO seeds to grow. GMO means genetically modified organism, which is a novel organism created by scientists when they genetically modify or engineer food plants. Scientists have cited many health and environmental risks with genetically modified (GM) foods. As a result of these risks, many people in the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan, and other nations are demanding non-genetically modified (non-GMO) foods. Visit your local farmers markets or health store and look for non-GMo corn. Corn and beans are high in fiber. Dietary fibers are found naturally in the plants that we eat. They are parts of plant that do not break down in our stomachs, and instead pass through our system undigested. All dietary fibers are either soluble or insoluble. Both types of fiber are equally important for health, digestion, and preventing conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, diverticulitis, and constipation.

Quinoa Pizza Crust

I have nothing against a good ol’ fashioned pizza crust. In fact, I rarely turn down a slice of margherita. But I hate that pizza has to be reserved as a “splurge”— a weekend indulgence I don’t feel great about afterwards. My newfound solution to these pizza crust woes: a protein- and fiber-packed quinoa crust. Not only is it a great gluten-free option, but it also makes for a more nutritious slice. After all, we’ve used quinoa in both sweet and savory tarts, and it’s the base for one of my favorite breakfast quiches. It only seemed fair to pair it with pizza! Unlike some alternative pizza crusts, this one truly resembles the original. After soaking, quinoa combines with water in the food processor to create a pancake-like batter that bakes into a golden, chewy crust. The quinoa needs to soak overnight, so set it out this evening and enjoy pizza night tomorrow.

Slow Cooker Gingered Beef

Prepare in the morning or even the night before and turn on in the morning and dinner will be ready for you that evening. You can also use frozen green peas, asparagus, or tiny baby peas as a substitute for the snap peas in this delicious main dish recipe. You need one slow cooker or crock-pot.

Angels and those we have lost, particularly ones we have loved dearly, will often leave signs to reassure, comfort and guide those they've visited. Whether it's to remind us of their presence, help us through a difficult time or merely to let us know they're there if we need them, these beings will always find a way of alerting us to their presence – often in very unusual and unexpected ways. If you'd like to find out whether you've been visited by an angel or deceased loved one, why they've come to you and interpret any secret messages they might have left you, the following overview of some of the most common signs and their meanings should answer some of your questions...

Have you ever had a near-death experience, or do you know someone who has? Thousands of individuals have reported that they have. Today, there are many books, articles and full websites dedicated to exploring this phenomenon. Yet there is still a lot mystery surrounding NDEs. What if I told you that every person who has experienced an NDE, gave permission for it at a soul level before they incarnated on Earth? Interested?

August 2016
Tip of the Month:

The New Moon in Leo on August 2nd hosts some exciting features which includes Mars at 0 degrees Sagittarius. Mars enters the sign of the celestial centaur archer just shy of 3 hours prior. This makes Mars the planet of lowest degree in the chart which thereby places it in the alpha position.

Venus meanwhile occupies the position of the planet of highest degree, or what can be understood as the omega point. With Mars and Venus both in fire signs, Sagittarius and Leo respectively, and at highest and lowest degree, we can expect that this lunar cycle and August specifically will prove to be an exciting, passionate, playful and dramatic month.

Mercury and Jupiter along with the Lunar North Node all in Virgo will lend a sobering twist to the mood, however. Mixing business with pleasure is the balance point. This may be achieved by way of a blend of knowledge, as in attending workshops, with an entertainment aspect producing what may be called ‘edutai...
