May 2019

Tip of the Month:
May 2019 will likely prove to be a testing and dramatic month for many. This will include a fair amount of gear shifting, turns and new directions and approaches. On the high side, it will give rise to great success for some. Yet, now everyone can win the game, unless the attitude that playing at all is winning. Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto retrograde as of April add complexity to the plot activating revolutionary attitudes and actions. A rich exchange of beliefs and perceptions woven with emotional conviction can be heard and felt everywhere.

Aries (Mar 21- Apr 19)
Spring is in full swing and your energy levels are running high. Implementing ideas and plans thathave been percolating for months is keeping you busy. Practical directions and results are what matter most now.

Taurus (Apr 20-May 20)
Much on your to-do list finds you busy. Multi-tasking this way suits you, as long as you can focus on one thing at a time. Happy to be left alone to your work, you are able to be industrious as you whistle through it all.

Gemini (May 21-Jun 20)
Amidst a rather busy social agenda, which includes the forging of new friends and/or exploring new facets of reality, you also yearn to weave in some quiet time. Full on when out there, then able to completely rest without distraction, is it.

Cancer (Jun 21 – Jul 22)
Your social and professiona scene continue at a steady pace. This includes new leads and directions. Meanwhile, you are working diligently to pay attention to key details and sorting through what stays and what goes.

Leo (Jul 23 - Aug 22)
Exploring new territory, both literally and figuratively, is a main focus now. This includes breaking through prior perspectives, interpretations and beleifs about who you are and what is possible. Adventure inside and out.

Virgo (Aug 23 - Sep 22)
Building to fortify your overall foundation, especially your public and professional persona, continues. Intent upon strengthening your knowledge base, you are engaed in study and research and deliberate outreach too.

Libra (Sep 23 - Oct 22)
A dynamic exchange process is keeping you busy. This includes seeing who others are and testing what they are made of. Call it recruiting, you want to reveal their gifts and talents, in part so you can make good use of them.

Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)
A busy cycle spurred on by ambition and a determined drive finds you setting a dynamic pace. This will continue for a while and will even require more discipline yet. Commitment is a keword and implies followthrough.

Sagittarius (Nov 22 - Dec 21)
A creative momentum has reached a steady pace. This trend will continue and includes increased social interactions before the month is out. Some of these could get testy if you push too hard and have undue expectations.

Capricorn (Dec 22 - Jan 19)
Something new is being born in you. It could be an inspiration, an attitude, a perception, a new self-concept perhaps or focus on a talent you did not know you had. In any case, you are determined to pursue it, ardently.

Aquarius (Jan 20 - Feb 18)
Exploring the possibilities includes looking to new horizons, perhaps literally. Finding sold ground and where you can exercise the full measure of your power may seem illusive. So, you may be left to approach things as projects and contracts.

Pisces (Feb 19 - Mar 20)
Much has shifted and you are busy establishing a new foundation in some regards. Seeking reliable leads and directions is featured. The challenge includes staying as close to what constitutes true for you, as possible.

Wellness Tip
More Reasons to Eat Breakfast
When you skip breakfast it results in higher, less healthy cholesterol levels. Skipping breakfast also makes the body less sensitive to insulin. These effects could lead to increased health risks and weight gain. So be good to yourself, eat breakfast. Try to include low/no fat dairy, whole grain cereals or breads, and seasonal fruits as often as you can.

WW Turkey Burgers with Zucchini
Category: Main Meals
Description: Want your kids to eat more veggies? Hide them in their burgers, they'll never know! Try adding zucchini to my turkey burgers. This was great for so many reasons! Not only did they taste great, adding zucchini also lowered the calories and fat per serving, it made one extra burger and what a great to get your picky kids to eat their vegetables. This made 5 big burgers. Serve them on 1 Point hamburger buns and top with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion slices, pickles, ketchup or mustard (add extra points). My final burger with the bun, ketchup, lettuce, onion came out to 4 points.
