My Vibrational Shifts in Ireland - January 2023

I want to share about our Celtic Angel Sacred Tour to Ireland this year for two reasons, gratitude and vibration shifts with our Angels and Mother Earth. On this trip, our fifth and last tour, my Angel Team assisted me to increase my awareness of understanding of how different locations on mother earth, affect my physical being and can make it easier to connect to the Angels because of this vibration.

I have understood this in past when I have went to locations in North America such as; Emerald Lake, (only two hr. drive away from me), and several other locations in Rockies, Sedona, Hawaii, The Okanagan,  are a few examples of what I refer to as locations with Energy Vortexes. This last trip to Ireland solidified for me how different areas on mother earth hold a different vibration. My ability to feel the vibrational shift within my physical became much stronger. Yes, we can all visit a new location and the beauty of the place will shift our vibration, we feel the joy and awe or wonder. When we enter an energy vortex perhaps it is more we feel; an increase or decrease in heart rate or breathing, a lightness or heaviness within physical, emotions respond, our physical tingles on skin or what I call, “Angel bumps”.

I suggest next time you go to a location that is special for you pay attention to how your physical body reacts. Ireland and Europe have such Ancient Energy to experience including; Stone Circles, Cathedrals, Castles, ancient ruins, fairy forts are a few we visit on tour. My Angel Team encourages me to visit different locations on mother earth because my awareness to vibration increases and in turn my clarity with them is enhanced. I am ready to go back to Ireland now.

Gratitude was another lesson for me on my trip to Ireland. I experienced what I consider one of those aha moments when our group at the end of tour (who are now all AEP family) were sharing in circle their gratitude for each other and their experience in Ireland. When it was my turn to share I had a high surge of emotion, gratitude and love, and I started to sob with this emotion. I was overwhelmed with the gratitude and love I felt at that moment.

I AM TRULY BLESSED WITH THE PEOPLE I MEET, THE PLACES I VISIT, THE FAMILY SUPPORT AND LOVE, MY ANGEL TEAM, ON THIS AMAZING JOURNEY I AM ON.

I have feel Gratitude often and acknowledge the importance of receiving and giving for balance in my life, however, at that moment in time in Ireland I will never forget the power of the emotion of Gratitude.  Thank you to all that were there to share it with me.

Wellness Tip
Seasonal Depression Affecting You?
The shorter daylight hours of autumn and winter can affect sleep, productivity and state of mind. Light therapy (also known as phototherapy) may help. It uses specially designed boxes that emit full-spectrum light to simulate sunlight. While still a relatively unknown treatment, light therapy has been shown to have positive benefits in addressing many health issues, including Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), severe premenstrual syndrome, bulimia, and as a non-drug treatment for depression. If you have been suffering from SAD or just feel a little blue this time of year, contact your physician or healthcare provider - depression is a treatable condition; light therapy may be an option he or she recommends for you
