What is Clairsentience and Clairaudience? - October 2018

By Cindy Smith

I want to share with you how easy it is to use your four main senses to communicate with your Angel Team. For this month I will focus on clairsentience and clairaudience; next month read about clairvoyance and claircognizance. I am sharing the basics of how my Angel Team uses these senses with me every day, and encourage you to set intention of using your senses similar with expansion on ways you can be creative in working with your Angels.

Clairsentience: means “clear feeling”. Clair refers to clarity. When we are working with our Angel Team the more clarity we have makes it easier for us. Instead of using the long version clairsentience I will use “feeling”.

  • Warmth (I can feel temperature changes in a room or temperature changes on my body)
  • Tingling on my body (most often I feel the tingles on the top of my head and back of my neck)
  • A gut feeling (best described as butterflies in stomach )
  • A gut feeling can also be like mild nausea if my team is working to get my attention
  • At times I can feel like someone is actually touching my head or shoulders (turn and no one there)
  • Slight pressure change on my body (like receiving a hug)

Following is an example of how I feel the pressure change like a hug. Put your hands together and rub them building friction or energy. When you feel the heat starting to begin, pull your hands about one foot apart and move them back almost together again without touching. Do this 4 or 5 times.

Can you feel the pressure of energy; keep doing it until you can feel it. It is almost like the energy wants to stop your hands from closing back together. That slight pressure change of energy you feel between your hands is what I feel when one of my Angels gives me a hug. I ask for a hug on occasion when I need a boast and it allows me to feel so loved and comforted.

Your Angel Team is connected to your feelings;
ASK to use them for communication.

Clairaudience: means “clear hearing”. I refer to this sense as hearing thoughts from my team.

The following are a few examples of how my team uses my hearing to communicate with me:

  • “My child” “Cindy” “You’ or “We” used in the beginning of a thought from my angel team. (letting me know it is there thought because it is sounds like my normal thoughts)
  • I hear the thought in my own pitch or tone, but I know and feel the difference. It is my angel team(with practice I use other senses to confirm it is Angel Communication and not ego)
  • I will receive what I call the booming voice on the outside (different tone or pitch) usually wanting to get my attention fast and this only happens about 5 percent of communication from my team.
  • I will receive a message by hearing it from another source; over-hear a conversation with others, radio, music and a conversation I have with someone else in physical form (It could be one phrase or word I needed to hear to confirm)
  • One of my confirmation tools is ringing in my ears

This ringing only lasts 5-10 seconds and can be either left or right ear. When I hear the ringing it is a sign of confirmation; eg. pay attention to what I am reading, speaking, or writing. Or I look around in my environment, what am I missing?

Your Angel Team knows your strengths with thoughts and hearing; trust in what they present to you.

This is the fun part for me when I tell you; “You have been receiving messages and guidance from your Angel Team from the moment you were born.” Your Guardian Angel Team are always with you, they never leave you. I suggest you consciously start looking for signs or ASKING for communication from your team with these two senses. Now it involves practice and acknowledgement of how your angel team has been communicating with you and they will continue to do so NOW

Wellness Tip
Greens
Have you heard of arugula? It is a green, leafy vegetable that contains about 20 times more beta-carotene and vitamin C than iceberg lettuce. It also has 8 times more calcium. When making green salads at home, consider choosing dark green leaves, such as arugula, romaine, and chicory. Using these greens in salads and on sandwiches creates a more nutritious meal.

Glorious Garlic
Plant first or second week of October, and in April you will tiptoe into your garden with a worried look on your face: did the garlic come up? Yep. It did. Finding local garlic in the Okanagan is not difficult; we are lucky to have great Farmer’s Markets all around us offering a rich assortment of garlic varieties, some more pungent than others. But it is also a lot of fun to grow your own.

Recipe
Jo's Award Winning Butter Tarts
Category: Desserts
Description: This is a slighly altered version of a traditional butter tart. The original recipe called for corn syrup, but agave is a healthier choice.

While agave (pronounced ah-GAH-vay) is best recognized as the plant from which tequila is made, it has also been used for thousands of years as an ingredient in food. The nectar made from the plant is known in Mexico as aguamiel, or "honey water."

The Aztecs prized the agave as a gift from the gods and used the liquid from its core to flavor foods and drinks. Now, due to increasing awareness of agave nectar's many beneficial properties, it is becoming the preferred sweetener of health conscious consumers, doctors, and natural foods cooks alike.
