Experiencing The Different Vibrational Energy of Ireland - August 2017

Wow! did I have my socks blown off at times

By Cindy Smith

Dear Angel Friends

I am still in vibrational awe of all that I was able to experience on our Celtic Angel Tour in Ireland. I would like to share some of my personal favourites and some shifts of energy for me.  First I would like to state that my vibrational energy is changed. It would be impossible, I belief, to keep my energy the same after visiting some of the Sacred Sights & historical ruins in Ireland. I am in gratitude to have witnessed how other people on the tour experienced different sights we visited. Regardless of experience in working with energy, everyone at some point shared their own AWE. I send love out to all tour participants for sharing with me their own journey and allowing me to have my personal journey also, because wow did I have my socks blown off at times.

On our way to Blarney Castle, our Paddy Wagon driver suggested we stop at St Finbarre’s Cathedral in Cork to take some pictures. A few of us decided to go inside. As I entered and started looking at the amazing stain-glassed windows and the architecture of the building, the tears started to flow, with an extreme feeling of love and peace. I felt no grief or loss just love. My angel team asked me to be open and receive all I was to receive. A worker at the church approached me and asked if I was with a tour, once I explained what we were up too; he proceeded to tell me that is was an Angel that guided St. Finbarre to this location. I loved hearing that!!! As you can imagine I was the last to get back on the bus, it was difficult to leave that energy.

Saint Finbarre's is a Gothic cathedral located in the center of Cork; its spires are the best-known landmark of the city. Designed by architect William Burges and dating back to 1870, the cathedral was built on a site dedicated to Christianity since the 7th century. St. Finbarre is the Patron Saint of Cork, and is said to have founded his school on the site after moving his community of monks there. The town, which sprang up around this community, became the city of Cork.

Inishfallen Island is the next experience I would like to share; a shortened version of what could be several pages.

Innishfallen is an Island located in the Killarney National Park. It is home to the ruins of Innishfallen Abbey, one of the most impressive archaeological remains dating from early Christian period. The monastery was founded in 640 by St. Finian the Leper, and was occupied for approx.. 850 years. Over a period of about 300 of these, the monks wrote the ‘Annals of Innisfallen’, which chronicle the early history of Ireland as it was known to the monks. The monks were dispossessed of the Abbey on August 18th, 1594, by Elizabeth I.

We had beautiful weather for our boat ride to the Island, and only our tour on the Island so we could do work. (No coincidence that we were often by ourselves at different sights) I was shown by my team where to have a circle and a guided message and meditation. As Maria (Carr) was gathering students to that location, I started to receive information for me personally. Without getting into details I can state, “I had a life changing experience which my Angel Team guided.” Once I re-balanced myself, (understatement) I was able to share messages given about the area, and Archangel Uriel came in to guide a meditation for the group. This meditation was recorded and is now part of the Monthly Meditation Program. ‘Ignite your Divine Knowledge within.’

After the meditation, Maria O'Farrell Carr stated, “Cindy the location chosen was where the monks meditated.” Amazing Healing energy many felt from this Island. A must see and feel for anyone visiting.

The Cliffs of Moher are one of Ireland's top Visitor attractions and are a designated UNESCO Geo Park. The Cliffs are 214m high at the highest point and range for 8 kilometres over the Atlantic Ocean on the western seaboard of County Clare. O'Brien's Tower stands proudly on a headland of the majestic Cliffs. The Cliffs of Moher take their name from a ruined promontory fort “Mothar” which was demolished during the Napoleonic wars to make room for a signal tower.

The cliffs were one of the places I was very drawn to visit. It was breathtaking. When I walked up to the view, my heart raced with vibration and no fear. (which surprised me because heights can overwhelm me at times) I wanted to run and yell, “I am finally here!” I felt like a child opening a special gift. Many people experienced once again a special vibration.

I would next like to share a little information about Saint Brigit. When I arrived in Ireland and was given my tour badge, I learned that my Irish name from Cindy is Brigit, and it was referred that perhaps I should learn about St. Brigit while I was visiting. On our way to the cliffs of moher we stopped at a special tribute location to St. Brigit where many people visit for healing and to experience the energy. I then learned that St. Brigit was born and died on Feb 1st. My birthday is Feb 1st, my curiosity is now peaked to learn more……………………

I was guided to connect with Saint Brigid energy and share the message for this month. Enjoy.

Saint Brigit of Kildare or Ireland (Irish: Naomh Bríd; c. 451–525), is one of Ireland’s patron saints along with Patrick and Colmcille. Her name is also variously spelled as Brigid, Bridget, Bridgit, Bríd, and Bride and, from the importance of her cult, she is sometimes also known as Mary of the Gael. Irish hagiography makes her an early Irish Christian nun, abbess and founder of several monasteries of nuns, including that of Kildare in Ireland, which was considered legendary and was highly revered. Her feasts day is 1 February, formerly celebrated as the Imbolc quarter day of the pagan Irish year, which marked the beginning of spring, lambing, lactation in cattle, etc.

We were blessed to visit 4 Stone Circles and one Fairie Ring. Archangel Michael, asked that I would have no expectations upon entering and allow to feel, see, hear and know all that I was to experience. I will share a little about what happened for me at Kenmare Circle:

We were asked by one of our guides to walk around outside of the circle 3 times before entering. Upon entering I felt light tingling on my hands and face. A calm peace all thru me I experienced. When I went to the centre stone in the middle, I received visions of past, as if I was there myself. I could see people being placed upon the stone, and bright light from the sun shining direct onto them. The sun was used at that time to heal with vibration. High vibration from the Angels were also present, but the energy would not have been referred to as Angels. I am in gratitude once again for the experience all of the 4 Circles which all held different vibration for me.

The stone circle at Kenmare consists of 15 stones and a center stone which may mark a grave. The stone circle is about 17 meters (about 56 ft.) in diameter. It is known locally as the Druid’s Circle. The stones are not local, but were quarried from several miles away. This was probably used for ceremonies as well as for a solar calendar. It was constructed during the Bronze Age, about 3,000 years ago.

Stone circles intrigue both archaeologists and the general public. It is generally felt that circles which are marked by large stones probably delineate an area in which ceremonies—perhaps religious, perhaps civil, perhaps both—were carried out. In addition, some stone circles seemed to have functioned as observatories for marking major solar events, such as solstices and equinoxes. In some instances, the stone circles are associated with tombs and other features. Whatever the purpose of stone circles, however, they must have been important to those who built them, maintained them, and used them for many centuries. Construction of the stone circles required a great deal of community effort.

Thank you for allowing me to share just a few of my experiences on this tour. It was an honour for me to also teach the AEP™ Practitioner Course throughout the tour.

We now have 30+ Ireland AEP family members.

Dates have been set for the next Ireland Celtic Angel Tour in April 2018.
Registration is open - this is a small group so space is limited.

At-Home Exercise for Depression
The world has experienced a significant global rise in depressive symptoms with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. When the pandemic closed gyms and fitness classes, the public turned to fitness apps. To address physical activity during COVID-19, a UBC research team developed an app-based exercise program. The study’s primary mental health outcome was depressive symptoms since loneliness/social isolation are strongly associated with depression...

Summer Corn and White Bean Soup
Category: Soup
Description: This quick, fiber-packed soup is a terrific way to use fresh corn. Add a slight kick with a sprinkle of Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers just before serving. When possible try to find non-GMO corn. With over 80% of the corn grown in the north America is genetically modified, and biotechnology companies phasing out non-GMO corn seed varieties, American farmers have fewer choices for finding non-GMO seeds to grow. GMO means genetically modified organism, which is a novel organism created by scientists when they genetically modify or engineer food plants. Scientists have cited many health and environmental risks with genetically modified (GM) foods. As a result of these risks, many people in the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan, and other nations are demanding non-genetically modified (non-GMO) foods. Visit your local farmers markets or health store and look for non-GMo corn.
Corn and beans are high in fiber. Dietary fibers are found naturally in the plants that we eat. They are parts of plant that do not break down in our stomachs, and instead pass through our system undigested. All dietary fibers are either soluble or insoluble. Both types of fiber are equally important for health, digestion, and preventing conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, diverticulitis, and constipation.
