Elementals – the Nature Spirits of Earth - October 2020

They are helpers of Gaia, and they are here in service to humanity.

By Monika Muranyi

The magical and mystical nature spirits of Earth are often referred to as elementals. They are also known as fairies, elves, pixies and devas. But are they real? If so, why are they here? The answer is “Yes they are real, and they are here for you!”

In general, elementals are thought to be beings or spirits that inhabit nature, including the four elements – earth, air, fire and water. Elementals are also referred to, or known by other names such as devas, fairies, elves, pixies, gnomes, sprites, brownies, leprechauns, Earth angels, Nature Spirits and others. Regardless of the name, all of these beings are multi-dimensional energies that are the helpers for the planet Earth – Gaia, and they are in service to humanity.

There are many humans who have the ability to communicate with these multi-dimensional energies. Perhaps you are one of them? Those who relate their experiences often describe what they see, however I wish to review this process. Think of all the wonderful images and artist impressions of fairies and elves and all the other things that fit into this category. If elementals really are multi-dimensional energies, how can the communication with them become enhanced? In what form would these energies present themselves that would allow us to connect with them?

The consciousness of the multi-dimensional elementals understands Human psychology. Therefore they wish to appear as something cute, small, and non-threatening. They want to look very sweet and innocent, so they can strike a chord within us and banish any fears. It is very similar to the way that we represent what angels look like. We create angels in the image of a Human, stick a pair of wings on them, and give them names. Human looking angels with wings are much easier to understand and communicate with than a blazing ball of intense light and energy (which is probably more like what they actually are). This is why multi-dimensional energy that is here to help humanity, presents itself to us in a way that we can relate to, and not be afraid. This may also help explain why each culture has their own version of what elementals look like. In fact, sometimes a group of people can experience them and each person has a different description of what they “saw!”

According to Kryon, an entity channelled by Lee Carroll, there is going to be an eventual awakening of the masters of life in the ground and in the air, which many humans have seen and known as the energy of Gaia (elementals). Elementals are always compassionate and represent a loving consciousness that we can count on. These are elementals that have been imbued in the Earth, just waiting for this release. This release has been dependant on a potential shift in Human consciousness … one that just occurred. In 2012 humanity passed a marker, one which was prophesied by the indigenous from thousands of years ago. It is also the basis for the calendar of the Maya (the long count). Passing this marker was the signal for a rebirth for Earth and humanity, initiating the emergence of new energies and new consciousness.

Kryon has said that these elementals have always been there and we have seen them on and off for centuries. They often represent the core of mythology, and books are filled with stories of seeing them. But now is the time for the multi-dimensional energies of the elementals to be released and flow from the Earth in a way which many more can often see and feel. Kryon says they will take their place on the grids of Gaia where they belong, and enhance Human consciousness. Some have even called this the return of the masters. They have always been a part of Gaia, helping us to see Mother Earth and feel her love for humanity.

Metaphorically they seem to appear in groups of threes or fours, which is symbolic for the fact that nature is base-twelve (just like physics, the universe and DNA). Many of the indigenous perceive this as a reawakening of the ancestors. It represents energies of divinity, which have been here for a very long time, just waiting for the shift.

The role of elementals is important to help humanity reconnect with Gaia. Why is this important? As humanity begins to become aware of Gaia’s life-force and consciousness, it means that the planet Earth will begin to matter in a way it hasn’t before. It will bring about new attitudes and solutions to some of our current environmental problems. The way we treat animals will also change, so that they are given respect, honour and love. All this is a return to the way of the Ancients and their wisdom, which many of us have lost along the way.

Perhaps the next time you see an image of an elemental, or you feel their presence in mother nature, you may wish to say, “Thank you.” Then pause for a moment so that you can hear them say “It is we who thank you, dear Human Being, for creating the incredible change we have waited for.”

Wellness Tip
Fructose
Fructose occurs naturally in fruit, along with many other healthy nutrients including vitamins, minerals and fiber. Current nutrition guidelines indicate most people should be eating more fruit. However, when used as an additive in candy, drinks and baked goods, fructose isn't any better for us than its chemical cousin, sucrose (regular sugar). Fructose provides just as many calories and can have a laxative effect if consumed in large amounts. So, eat your fruits, but try to avoid added fructose.

Recipe
Tropical Lemon Cranberry Coconut Chia Bars
Category: Desserts
Description: Remember the early 90's and the ch-ch-ch chia pets? The popular decorative planters were, in fact, sprouted chia seeds. Chia (Salvia hispanica) is an ancient grain that was used as a staple food by early Mayans and Aztecs, who found benefit in its high energy production, easy transportation, and easy crop maintenance. It was also used within many medicinal applications. Today, Chia has been adopted by the public as a nutrient dense dietary "super food." These tiny seeds contain high concentrations of essential fatty acids, protein, dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, and can easily be incorporated into any diet for an extra boost of nutrition.
Chia typically contains 30-35% oils and is high in Omega-3 and Omega-6, with each tablespoon providing approximately 2.5-3 g of Omega 3.
Fiber content of 30-40% per serving, with a high ratio of soluble fiber. This type of fiber allows a slower conversionof carbohydrates to glucose, assisting with those suffering with sugar-related illness.
These essential fatty acids and high amounts of soluble fiber, make Chia very beneficial for cholesterol management and cardiovascular health.
Promotes bowel regularity, while soothing inflammatory bowel issues.
They are classified as a high protein food, offering a complete protein (amino acid) content higher than most other grains.
They contain a high antioxidant content, providing a mix of bioflavonoids and quercentin, with the average ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) value per tablespoon being 960-1000.
