WHAT’S BLOOD GOT TO DO WITH IT ??? In a word, EVERYTHING. Blood’s central role in your health makes sense when you consider just how much of it your body contains – in other words, when you understand exactly how much of your body is “blood.” Everyone has approximately 5 liters of the red stuff. Blood is the most basic material of the human body. Body cells from all types of tissue are continually being formed from the blood. You probably already know that red blood cells deliver oxygen throughout your body and remove cellular wastes. Beyond that, your blood holds the key to having a healthy body. First of all, the blood dictates your body’s environment: acidic blood = acidic body, alkaline blood = alkaline body. You need to keep your blood clean and pure and most importantly “non-acidic.” Most people have heard about the importance of the acid/alkaline balance of the body and the relationship it has with the pH scale. The pH of the blood and tissue is the single most important measurement of the body, as it determines how acid or alkaline we are. In order for us to experience optimum health, science says that the state of balance for the human body is at a reading of 7.4 pH, which is slightly alkaline. The blood is the “River of Life” in the body. Regeneration of our new cells, bone, tissue, muscle and organs is dependant on the quality of our blood. If our blood cells live in an acidic environment, our body’s ability to support healthy cells becomes increasingly taxed. As the bloodstream becomes too polluted with acids, the structure of the cells change, lowering the pH of the blood and tissue, making way for illness to get a foothold in the body. Live/Dried Blood Cell Analysis is a procedure where together the Microscopist and the client view the cells and their structure through a high powered microscope. This is done by taking a drop of the client’s blood and transferring it to a microscope slide where the blood droplet is magnified thousands of times. The point is to see the blood “live”, right out of the body and to see the state of the cells and the environment in which the cells live. The structure and strength of the red and white blood cells and the cleanliness of the plasma fluid that surrounds the cells, is observed through this process. The body is affected at the cellular level by our nutritional, emotional, physical and spiritual balances. This simple test allows the client to view any metabolic dysfunction in the blood and is useful in providing information of possible upcoming health issues. Stresses through our lifestyle choices; the way we choose to live, think and eat are often observed as abnormalities in the blood long before they manifest into symptoms. This allows the client an opportunity to correct what is observed in the blood by making different choices in terms of nutrition as well as other lifestyle changes. There’s no better motivation to make changes you know you need to make than to get a good, honest, look at exactly what is circulating through your body AND no better way to commit to those changes than to see, right before your eyes, what an incredible difference those changes can make.
